Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at BuDhaGirl! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a transparent, tiered return policy to ensure you have time to evaluate your items.

1. The 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Refunds)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a designated third party, takes physical possession of the goods.

Condition of Items

• You have the right to open the packaging and inspect the goods to establish their nature and characteristics.

• However, you are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

How to Start a Return (Withdrawal) To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel.

• On Our Website: You can easily initiate your return by using the "Cancel Items" button located in your customer account or order confirmation page.

• By Email: Alternatively, you may contact our customer care team at journey@budhagirl.eu.

2. Extended Returns: 15 to 30 Days (Store Credit/Exchange)

If you request a return between 15 and 30 days of receipt, you may return products for store credit or exchange only.

• For this extended window, items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

• Refunds to the original payment method will not be issued for returns requested during this extended period.

3. Refunds & Processing Time

If you withdraw from your contract within the initial 14-day window, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs.

• Refund Timeline: We will issue your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

• Withholding the Refund: We may legally withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

• Store Credit (15-30 day returns): If you return an item during the extended 15-30 day window, your store credit will be emailed to you within 3 business days of processing your return at our facility.

4. Return Shipping Process

• Return Costs: You are responsible for bearing the direct cost of returning the goods to us.

5. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:

• The supply of goods made to your specifications or that are clearly personalized.

• The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they were unsealed after delivery.

• Gift Cards.

(Note: Sale and promotional items are fully eligible for the standard 14-day right of withdrawal and follow the standard return process outlined above.)

6. Warranty Returns (Defects after 30 days)

Separate from your standard return rights, BuDhaGirl will happily honor valid warranty claims for manufacturing defects.

• Eligibility: Claims must be submitted after 30 days of receipt and are valid for up to 1 year.

• Process: Upon receipt of items for a warranty claim, please allow us 7 days to process the claim.

• Resolution: Once a warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive either a replacement item (if available) or store credit (if the product is unavailable or discontinued).

7. Retail Partner Returns

BuDhaGirl products purchased with our retail store partners must be returned to or exchanged at the respective store where the original purchase was made. The store’s individual return policies will apply to those purchases.
